Meet Dr. Kristin Anderson

I’m a licensed counseling and clinical psychologist with more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through healing and growth.
My work is built on presence, careful listening, and deep respect for each person’s unique path—not just clinical expertise, but the capacity to meet you with steadiness and care.

My approach offers thoughtful partnership, shaped by genuine human connection. I offer a space where you can slow down, reflect, and explore what’s emerging—without pressure or judgment, and at a pace that feels right for you.

Rather than pathologizing, I meet your experience with curiosity and care. Our work blends psychological insight, embodied awareness, and soul-centered reflection—so you can reconnect with what matters most and begin living in a way that feels more true.

Working Together

Support for Individuals and Couples at Life’s Turning Points

Life has a way of calling us to grow—especially in midlife and beyond. I work with individuals who may appear steady and capable on the outside, yet carry quiet discontent or uncertainty within. Some are navigating grief, burnout, or relationship shifts. Others are moving through menopause, caregiving, or sensing that the old ways of living no longer fit.

I also support couples who are ready to reconnect with intention. Whether you're facing conflict, distance, or simply hoping to grow together in a new season of life, our work offers a space to feel seen, heard, and gently reshaped—together.

Over the years, I’ve witnessed how powerful it can be to arrive at a turning point—when familiar ways no longer serve, and the next chapter hasn’t yet revealed itself.

Whether you're moving through loss, burnout, relationship changes, or simply sensing it’s time for something deeper, I offer a steady space to listen inward and begin making sense of what’s emerging.

This work isn’t about fixing you. It's about reconnecting with your truth, your strength, and the parts of yourself that may have been left behind along the way.

Thoughtful Care for Life's Unfolding

Therapy can be a turning point—a place to pause, reflect, and choose a different way forward.

Whether we’re sitting together in my Kent office, meeting virtually, or walking side by side in nature, the setting is shaped by what supports your process. Some sessions are an hour; others unfold more spaciously in Emersives—extended time devoted to deeper reflection and meaningful shifts.

However we meet, our work is guided by what’s true for you.
